Children’s
Ministry.
Welcome!
We believe that children are a gift from God (Psalm 127:3-5) and that children are important in the Kingdom of God and Christ died to redeem children from their sin. (Luke 18:15-17 & 1 Timothy 2:4) This ministry supports and reinforces the Biblical duty of parents to raise their children in the training and admonition of the Lord. (Ephesians 6:4, Psalm 78:5-8, Deuteronomy 6:6-7 & Proverbs 1:8)
Our goal at Calvary Chapel Tri-County is summed up in Proverbs 22:6 – “Train a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not turn from it.”
Our Children’s Ministry Includes
Nursery Ages 0 – 4
Sunday School Ages 5-10 (they must be fully potty-trained)
Ages 11+ – sit in for the entire service!
What Parents Can Expect
Nursery and Sunday School are offered during Sunday morning service. Children are dismissed after worship and must be escorted by their parent/guardian to the appropriate classroom. A parent/guardian must be present to check-in and check-out their children.
Our teachers strive to create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment, teaching Biblical principles and sound doctrine through stories, activities and the reading of the Bible. We currently utilize the Calvary Curriculum. https://calvarycurriculum.com/
